What surprised me the most was the incredible value for money. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the basic amenities to the friendly staff.
I faced a slight inconvenience when trying to arrange transportation to the night market late at night. The hotel staff was unable to assist me in calling a tuktuk, which made it a bit challenging.

The hotel offered complimentary pick up and transfer back to the airport, which was a great advantage for me. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The location of the hotel was not ideal for me as it was quite far from the city center. It was a bit of a hassle to take a tuk, tuk every time I wanted to go to town.

the location is great, with easy access to the town via public transport. the staff, including the receptionist, cleaners, and dining area staff, were very friendly and respectful. the pool area was clean and nice, despite being located at the front of the building by the main road. Vong Bun Theourum made our visit worthwhile with his informative and helpful guidance during our trip to the temples. it was a good, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.
